Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using F1 Pitwall ("the Service"), operated by F1 Pitwall ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

F1 Pitwall is a data-driven prediction and optimization tool for F1 Fantasy leagues. The Service analyzes publicly available Formula 1 practice session data to generate race predictions, team recommendations, and strategy simulations.

The Service is not gambling, betting, or financial advice. Predictions are statistical estimates based on practice data and historical patterns. Actual race results will vary. We make no guarantees about prediction accuracy or fantasy league performance.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid tiers:

• Free (Grid Position) — Basic race predictions and team recommendations at no cost.
• Pro (Pit Crew) — $3.99/month or $29.99/season. Full team builder, all optimization modes, swap suggestions, season tracking.
• Elite (Race Engineer) — $7.99/month or $59.99/season. Everything in Pro plus Strategy Simulator, early access, and API access.

5. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly plans) or as a one-time payment (season plans).

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
• Season passes are one-time payments valid through December 31 of the current F1 season.
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the end of the billing period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal or by contacting admin@f1pitwall.dev.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months.
• Season passes: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service during that period. After 14 days, season passes are non-refundable.
• Contact admin@f1pitwall.dev for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service outside of provided API endpoints.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction model or algorithms.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.

8. Intellectual Property

The prediction model, algorithms, website design, and original content are owned by F1 Pitwall. Practice session data is sourced from publicly available timing data. F1, Formula 1, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV. F1 Pitwall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1 or its licensees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Predictions will be accurate or lead to fantasy league success.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• Data from third-party sources will be complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F1 Pitwall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
